Swim Club has a 14 days return policy. Garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and without any signs of damage or use. Returns are inspected upon arrival and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria.
Due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of swimwear briefs or swimsuits where the hygienic shield at inside has been removed or appear to be damaged.
HOW TO RETURN
If you want to return your order, please place the garment(s) you wish to return in the original shipping parcel, or in a solid carton box. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Please note the cost of sending back your goods are to be paid by the customer.
Your return will be handled and refunded within 5 business days from time of arrival. Please note that the shipping cost or return delivery fee will not be refunded.
If you decide to return any items from your purchase, please send a mail to email@example.com and let us know the reason for your return.

You will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned (unless stated otherwise). Swim Club is not responsible for lost return shipments. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. The cost of return are to be paid by the customer. If the reason for the return is a claim, By Astrid AS will pay the return cost.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
Examples of claims can be damaged, dirty or damp garments, or highly unsatisfactory workmanship. All garments are controlled before shipment, but please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible should you receive a garment with any damage.
